We are looking for a Guest Experience Attendant to join our Team!

As a Guest Experience Attendant, you will be the heart of our Club Floor, ensuring that every guest feels valued, welcomed, and cared for. From personalized turndown service to creating memorable moments in our Club Lounge, your role is essential in making every stay seamless and exceptional.
Deliver Service Excellence: Anticipate guest needs and provide high-impact, personalized service that consistently exceeds expectations.
Club Lounge & Turndown Service: Set up, monitor, and take down nightly guest appreciation offerings; provide turndown service for all occupied Club Floor rooms.
Operational Standards: Complete Club Floor checklists twice daily, maintain lounge cleanliness, and ensure dishware, cutlery, and glassware are polished and replenished.
Guest Engagement: Greet and interact with guests in a warm, professional manner—responding promptly to questions or requests.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless Club Floor operations. Report maintenance or safety concerns as they arise.
Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or guest service preferred.
A guest-focused, professional, and friendly demeanor.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for excellence.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This role requires evening and weekend availability to align with Club Floor service times. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with periods of independent work and continuous movement. This role will work peak times which include weekdays, weekends and evenings.
