This position will be based in a fast-paced environment with office hours Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. With occasional weekends and evenings on-site to support social functions or meetings, meet with the convenor, and ensure a smooth event. This role will demand the ability to multi-task and keep organized, with the focus being on incoming calls.
