We are looking for a General Manager to join our growing organization.
This role is based at the Pomeroy Inn & Suites in Olds, Alberta and features and offers an excellent compensation and benefits package.

Working Conditions
Due to the 24-hour operation of the Hotel, the General Manager may be exposed to long shifts that, at times, include late hours, weekends, and holidays. This position is set in a fast-paced environment, with high levels of interaction with guests, employees, and other stakeholders. The General Manager will spend a lot of time on their feet multitasking competing priorities, effectively dealing with confrontation from employees and guests and leading a culture of service excellence.

Oversight of all departments: Guest Service Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Maintenance, Banquets, Food & Beverage
