We are looking for a Cage Manager to join our busy gaming center.
This leadership role is based out of Chances Gaming Center in Fort St John, British Columbia. This role offers an excellent compensation package with benefits and perks.
As the Cage Manager, you are authorized to exceed guest expectations by creating a perfect guest experience. You will be the champion of the day-to-day leadership of the cage staff and assume full responsibility for the cash flow. You will achieve excellence by leading and teaching your people to make business decisions that are focused on upholding the highest standards in the guest experience while delivering against key financial goals and performance metrics. Skills/Abilities Include
Education & Experience required to be successful
· Must be 19+
· Minimum 5 years in Casino Gaming
· Minimum 3 years as a Cage Supervisor or jurisdictional equivalent
· Ability to successfully obtain a Criminal Record Check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)
· Exceptional organizational, problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient with MS Office
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and evenings
Working Conditions
Due to the operation of the Gaming Center, the Cage Manager may be exposed to long shifts on their feet that at times include late hours, weekends, and holidays. This position is set in a fast-paced environment, with loud noises, wearing of an earpiece and use of radio.
