Our Nordic Spa experiences are created to be as individual as each guest – thoughtfully restful, physically comfortable and free from rigid structure. As Nordic Spa Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will partner closely with the General Manager and Sales & Marketing team to drive revenue and build meaningful client relationships. You will achieve excellence by coordinating group bookings, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments to exceed guest expectations.   • Act as the primary contact for all group bookings, managing inquiries, proposals, contracts and end-to-end coordination of events 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to understand needs and preferences 
  • Coordinate and execute local events, tradeshows and community engagement in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Team 
  • Identify, develop, and foster community partnerships that support brand awareness, guest acquisition, and revenue growth 
  • Maintain promotional materials, menus, and signage in collaboration with Corporate Marketing, ensuring alignment with Nordic Spa brand guidelines 
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Marketing team 
  • Support social media management, including content creation, in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing team 
  • Partner with Alyeska Resort Sales Team to prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations involving Alyeska Nordic Spa 
  • Communicate sales and marketing initiatives clearly and consistently across all departments  
  • Compile and present reports on group business, sales, retail, marketing initiatives, and partnerships 
  • Assist with familiarization trips and site inspections as required 
  • Monitor and respond to feedback and reviews across platforms, to support a positive brand reputation

 Experience/Passions/Education 

  • Post-secondary education in Sales & Marketing is an asset 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required 
  • Intermediate skills with Canva 
  • Experience with content creation for social media an asset (photography, videography, editing, graphic design) 
  • Comfortable with technology and adept at learning new systems 
  • Passionate about mental and physical wellness  

    Working Conditions

    This position operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with guests, team members, and other stakeholders. The role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve extended hours during periods of high business demand. This position spends a lot of time on their feet, multitasking competing priorities, working through employee and guest concerns, and leading a culture of service excellence.
