The Role 

As a barista in our busy Market Café, you are expected to exceed guest expectations and maximize food & beverage revenue each and every shift.  Providing exceptional, memorable service is your ultimate goal.  You have amazing organization skills, are detail-oriented, and you thrive under pressure.  Your tasks will include:  taking orders, crafting quality coffee beverages, serving food and pastries, utilizing menu knowledge, providing outstanding service, accurate completion of billing, and opening and closing of the café.  You are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and always follow through with all tasks, with a strong drive to succeed! Café servers will also work in other areas of our food & beverage division, as required. 

In order to be considered for this role, you will have your Alberta ProServe, and a minimum of one year of serving experience in a café or coffee shop.
