Casino Blackjack Dealer
Major Responsibilities & Duties:
Providing exceptional guest service and conducting all games in a precise, efficient and secure manner in accordance to Chances FSJ Casino, BCLC, and GPEB policies and procedures
Conduct table games professionally and as a team member
Work closely with Dealer Supervisors, Shift Managers and the Management team to ensure a well-run gaming floor
Promotes the sites events and services to all guests
Assist guests with game rules
Promote and maintain positive relations with all guests and staff
Must directly or indirectly provide for superior customer service and promote excellent employee relations with co-workers
Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities Required:
Strong communication skills
Sharp mathematical skills to add and multiply numbers quickly and memorize repeated numerical combinations
Strong ability to follow policies, procedures and practices
Ability to successfully obtain a criminal record and credit check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)
Commitment to learning what our guests needs and wants are
Encourage mutual accountability in service and inspiring others
Most enjoy entertaining and communication with the public
Must be 19+
Experience, Training, Certification, & Education
Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service role
Outstanding Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills
To obtain a Gaming Policy Enforcement Branch license
Working Conditions:
May be required to wear specific types of clothing (casino uniform, vests, party pit theme attire)
