The Role
Our Co-op program provides different learning opportunities including switchboard and bell desk roles. In switchboard, you will be responsible for all incoming calls and inquiries to the Hotel, including internal calls to switchboard. You'll also have the opportunity to join our Bell service team, greeting guests as they arrive, assisting with car parking and luggage, and providing directional assistance. These opportunities will allow you to utilize your exceptional guest service skills while applying your knowledge of the industry at one of the largest luxury resorts in the Canadian Rockies. You will have experience in a similar role. Top candidates possess excellent communication and organizational skills, are able to produce accurate work and provide exceptional guest service. For the bell position you will have a valid driver's license.
