We are looking for a 2nd Pastry Cook

Rate of Pay:  $18 - $19.90/hour

The Role 

The 2nd Pastry cook will assist in the day to day operation of the pastry department, including the creation of pastries according to our standards, and crafting desserts for restaurants, the café and banquet service.   You will safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods and follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures.  Lastly, you will ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, and report issues to management. 

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate 1 year minimum of related pastry/baking experience, and completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training is an asset.
