The Role

This position is based out of our Calgary Office with weekday and weekend shifts as required.  As a Reservations Agent within our Reservations Department, you will be an important member of a team that creates an atmosphere of exceeding guest expectations, each and every shift.  Your role is vital in determining what impression the guest has of the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge and the Kananaskis Nordic Spa.

As a Reservations Agent, you will use your skills to handle all guest inquiries and bookings for room, dining, waterpark and Kananaskis Nordic Spa.  You will be responsible for handling incoming calls and inquiries, guest correspondence, detailing reservations and general departmental tasks.  Our top candidate will have strong organizational skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, delivering quick decisions while maintaining an efficient and safe workplace.

Based at our Calgary Office, you will be required to complete onboarding and onsite training in Kananaskis.

In order to be successfully considered for this role you will have previous experience working as a Reservations or Front Desk Agent, ideally in a similar setting, with previous experience.  Our top candidate will be self-motivated and also have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Rate of Pay:   $18/hour
