The Role
As a 2nd cook, you will be an important member of a team that creates an atmosphere of supporting guest expectations, each and every shift. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food in one of our many sections of the kitchen reporting to the kitchen CDP, working according to menu specifications, and controlling food waste in your section. You will be required to work in many sections of the kitchen including a la carte and banquets. We commit to giving you the training, tools, support and feedback required to be successful; achieving excellence is up to you.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be available to work from December 1st through January 15th, and will have 1 or more years of experience working in multiple functions, with completion of high school and college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training.
Rate of Pay: $18 - $18.50/hour
