The Role 

We are looking for an excellent team player with strong 4-star service and leadership experience to join our Restaurant service teams. 

Our top candidate will have a strong drive to succeed.  They have exceptional motivational and organizational skills and thrive under pressure, allowing them to manage multiple priorities and projects.  Key objectives will include floor supervision of our pub-style restaurant, continuous development of the service team, and ensuring a productive, well-maintained working environment.  You will achieve excellence by maintaining standard operating procedures and exceeding financial metrics.  Primary responsibilities include supervising and checking standards of food quality and service delivery, and providing continuous performance feedback.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have 1-2 years of experience in a 4-star hotel, with experience working in a variety of restaurant settings, and have a strong understanding of current food and beverage trends.  Completion of a business or hospitality degree is preferred.
