We are looking for an experienced cook to join our fast paced kitchen team.

The job duties are as follows:

  • Prepare, and cook complete meals, such as sauces, soups, salads, vegetables and meat, poultry and fish dishes, and ensure meal presentation is to the highest quality
  • Demonstrate cooking techniques and general cooking skills
  • Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
  • Comply with all sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Successful candidates must have the following credentials:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a line cook
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Flexible hours between day & night shifts
  • Have an inner sense of urgency
  • Have a willingness to learn
  • Proper use of kitchen tools and equipment and lock out procedures
  • Knife skills and common cuts
  • Basic understanding of culinary terminology
  • Be able to work with pre-set spreadsheets
  • Ability and willing to complete Food Safe Level I
