We are looking for Apprentice candidates
How would you like to participate in our program for developing new graduates through our 18-month apprentice program? This opportunity is for new graduates that have hospitality experience already, but are looking to be immersed into multiple roles where hospitality skills can be developed and fine-tuned throughout the duration of the program.
This program provides 3 different learning opportunities. The first opportunity would be in our housekeeping division, where the lucky graduate will learn how the housekeeping team works, from cleaning guest rooms to public spaces. The next cycle in your graduate program will provide exposure to our front office division, where you will learn the ins and outs of our front desk, night audit, and bell desk team. The last cycle will provide an opportunity to learn more of what the food & beverage world looks like, whether in banquets or in our restaurants. You will gain experience working with guests alongside our service teams, but also interacting daily with our kitchen team members, ensuring a seamless food and beverage experience for our guests.
