We are looking for an Employee Experience Representative

Working in our Employee Experience/Residence Department, you will enjoy being part of a team that creates an atmosphere that strives to exceed employee expectations by creating “picture perfect” employee experiences throughout our employee residence buildings. From the lobby right through to the residence rooms, the employee’s first impression around cleanliness is a powerful and lasting one. You are responsible to clean all public areas and some guestrooms of the residence building while surpassing quality standards.  You will be required to identify and communicate all maintenance deficiencies, respond to employee requests promptly and courteously while respecting the employee’s privacy and security.  You will also be attending the staff store which includes general cashier duties, inventory control and stocking.  We commit to giving you the training, tools, support and leadership required to be successful; achieving excellence is up to you!

Skills, Experience, and Education

• A passion for helping others and proven ability in exceptional guest service
• Prior cash handling experience preferred
• Housekeeping or professional cleaning experience an asset
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and able to lift 10 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Bend, stand, reach for extended periods of time, throughout the day
• Attention to detail
• Hard Working; enjoys being physically busy and active
• Communication skills; verbal and written
• Team Player
• Works with minimal supervision
