We are looking for a CDP

As a Garde Manger Chef de Partie (CDP), you will be an important member of a team that creates an atmosphere of supporting guest expectations, each and every shift. Reporting to the culinary leadership team, the primary responsibilities are training individuals on his/her shift in accordance with the objectives for each individual, assisting with implementation of new menus, organizing area of responsibility to meet the production requirements as communicated by culinary leadership, prepare food items designated to the area of responsibility in accordance with standards of quality, technique, quantity control, taste and presentation, inspecting food to ensure quality, and assist with Ecosure and Health and Safety requirements.

In order to be successfully considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate supervisory and coaching abilities with a minimum of 5 years' cooking experience.  You have a high school diploma, and have college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, and understand the basic structure of labour cost controls, and possess a passion for excellence and "raising the bar".
